New building of detached and double houses near Alcudia
The small fishing village Son Serra de Marina is situated in the North of the island in a beautiful bay. The harbour and the beach are always quiet. You will get as inhabitant sometimes fishdishes with fresh fish from the restaurants. There are few Tourists. The village is located in 18kms distance from Alcudia and around 45kms from Palma de Mallorca.

Residential Situation
We offer you 6 detached houses. Two of the hoses stand separatly. The other four houses are two double houses. Located in the south of the double houses is a natural preserve. This area is not allowed to be built on. So we can guarantee a free view of the panorama. The distance to the sea is around 400m.
The living spaces of the houses have 153 sq.m. to 182 sq.m. respectively. Currently the detached houses are built and will be finished in September 2006.
